| How to get there | Sea World Helicopters are located a short 5 minutes from the heart of Surfers Paradise, right on the beautiful Broadwater at Sea World Theme Park. You can access Sea World Helicopters via a side entrance next to Sea World Whale Watch or from within Sea World if you have park entry. By Car - From Surfers Paradise beach, drive along the Gold Coast Highway north and follow the signs to Sea World. From Southport, cross the Southport Bridge, turn left and follow the signs. If you're travelling from Brisbane, follow the signs to the Pacific Motorway and the Gold Coast, take the Smith Street exit and follow the signs. There are plenty of free car parking spaces available at Sea World's front entrance. Reserved parking is also available for disabled guests adjacent to the main gate. |

| Check-in requirements | For earlier entry to/or only SW helicopter ride, please go through SW Helicopter office which is located 50m left from SW Main Gate. Passengers who have or will be purchasing entry to Sea World must present themselves to the staff at the Helicopter Ticket Office, inside Sea World, at least 15 minutes prior to their flight. Passengers, who do not require entry into Sea World, must present themselves to the staff at the Sea World Helicopter Office, attached to Sea World, at least 20 minutes prior to their flight. Guests who have not paid entry into Sea World must exit via the Sea World Helicopters Office immediately after their flight. |

| Other info | Entry into Sea World is not required to access Sea World Helicopter's services. Our aircraft can carry up to 6 passengers at a time, or if you have a larger group we can use multiple aircraft. We require a minimum of 3 passengers per flight, however if you have only 1 or 2 passengers, we'll match you up with another group. There is no individual weight limit however there is a maximum total weight limit for the aircraft. Lockers: Lockers are provided 'free of charge' for passengers to store large personal items whilst they are on their flight. Lockers must be cleared after the flight. |

These luxurious and spacious helicopters offer our customers the opportunity to travel or complete their aerial operation in the utmost comfort. Its flexibility makes it a very sought after helicopter capable of performing a wide range of services including passenger transportation, aerial work, observation, tourist flights and furthermore, its wide cabin and panoramic view ensures optimum visibility for both passengers and crew. Our aircraft have a low skid configuration which gives greater accessibility for passengers with disabilities.

If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 0 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. If no show, no refund.
